A perfect start to any day of the week, this
is truly an excellent coffeecake. The cake boasts
a layer of streusel in the middle of the cake in
addition to the crunchy, caramelized layer on top.
Baked in a ring shape for several servings of
generous proportion. Matt's Apple Cinnamon
Coffeecake is made with even more cinnamon and
apples cooked in butter. Serves 10-12. Please
specify with or without pecans.
