shortbread crust, made with European butter, is
filled with vanilla pastry cream, then topped with
fresh berries or assorted seasonal fruits. The
fruits are glazed with sweet apricot preserves to
keep them fresh and add a glossy topping. The
perfect dessert for lunch or dinner - and always a
showstopper!
