Loaf cakes are simple, elegant, and delicious - and
these are no exception. Matt makes his with
buttermilk, fresh citrus zest and juice, fruit,
and bittersweet chocolate. Each cake is bathed in
a warm sugar glaze to seal in the moisture. You'll
want to keep several in your freezer at a time.
Top with whipped cream and berries for a simple
dessert - or make a trifle with cream, jam, and
fruit. Set of two cakes.
